SHIPPING & RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with Tall Luxé! Our orders take approximately 3 - 4 business days to receive. Please note, we do not ship orders on the weekends. If you place an order between Friday after 12pm (EST.) through Sunday, your orders will be shipped out that following Monday. For International orders, shipping will take approximately 10 - 20 business days to arrive.
All deliveries are processed through USPS to assure that you receive your merchandise. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Tall Luxé does not hold responsibility for packages that state "Delivered".
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and have spaces inserted properly to ensure a timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipment - if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly during time of purchase.
Due to COVID-19, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing a high volume of shipments, which may cause some delays in your package being delivered. Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for your package to arrive. We truly apologize for any inconvenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at Tall Luxé we value and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the item(s) they have ordered. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for item(s) that are requested to be returned at this time - but don't fret. If for some reason you were unsatisfied with the items you have ordered, we will gladly offer you store credit or an exchange for another item. To begin your return process, please send us an email to email@example.com. Please note, you have 7 days (including the weekend) from when the item was received/delivered to return your item(s) and you are fully responsible for your return shipment fees. Please ensure all item(s) that are being returned are unworned, unwashed, no stains, and have original tags attached.
