Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us! If your Tall Luxé purchase does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept eligible returns within 10 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Items must also be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage, and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and worn or damaged merchandise are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@tallluxe.com with:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Tall Luxé is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Refund Processing

Please allow 1–2 weeks for returns to be received and inspected, along with additional processing time for your bank or payment provider.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately to ensure availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@tallluxe.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to provide a resolution.
