Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. International orders may take approximately 10–20 business days to arrive.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS to ensure reliable delivery and tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment numbers and abbreviations where applicable.

Tall Luxé is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, or lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@tallluxe.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
